His life is a historical fact
Our calendar uses his birth
Showing He lived on earth

Prior to Jesus' life and time
Romes' birth was the gauge
But this dropped out of line
As Jesus became the rage

Are we so unread and nieve
That we can't, this believe
Only believing those
Who say Jesus is just prose
